Design Architect neeeded to perform the following duties      :

• Determine objectives and program requirements

• Developing architecture in line with client’s need, building usage and environmental impact

• Perform field verification & analysis of existing conditions to provide appropriate design solution

• Brainstorming sessions for concepts, design ideas and layout options keeping in mind architectural trends, advancement and socio-cultural context.

• Create 3D models and renderings of the perspectives/views for explaining design

• Develop construction document set in line with regulations, codes & building standards

• Compile project specification and keep within budget and schedule

• Manage and control project execution ensuring compliance in alignment with schedules and quality control standards

• Review submittals, furniture quotes and bids for accuracy

• Perform site surveys during the construction phase to check on project status and document punch lists

• Selection of finishes and material palette to compile a design development package and for presentation to the client

• Attend workshops, events and conduct research on new products & updates to develop and maintain material library

•  Coordinate with consultants and contractors 

Bachelor’s Degree required in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
